A deposit of €100 must be paid to make a reservation. This deposit will be returned if the stay is cancelled 14 days before arrival. With less notice, the deposit will be lost.

The property reserves the right to cancel the reservation, with the amount paid being refunded in the following cases:

• Adverse weather conditions: gales, blizzards, snowy or impassable access, etc.
• Accidents that occur in the home that make it impossible to stay there.
• Any other cause or circumstance that makes it impossible to stay in the rural house in appropriate conditions.

If clients fail to comply with safety, noise or legal regulations, they may be evicted at any time.
