Casa Dorondón is fully equipped. Bedding, towels for each guest, dishwasher tablets, etc. The kitchen is very complete and in perfect condition.
The house is almost 200 years old and is a beauty of home, located in a privileged environment. It is not a hotel, but a rural tourism house located in Nature. You have to understand that situations can arise from that.
In the house there are tools that can be dangerous: knives, an ax for firewood, fireplaces, etc. We ask you to be extremely careful with these elements.
At the end of the stay we ask you:
- Turn off the main light switch.
- Take the trash with you.
- Leave ALL doors and windows closed.
We do not take a previous deposit for possible damages, but each guest must be responsible for the proper use of the house. In case of damage they will be charged to the guest. We trust that people are serious and responsible and take the same care that they would have at home.
After booking, the property will send guests an email with payment and key delivery information.
Please inform Casa Dorondón in advance of your expected arrival time. So we can have the house ready and lit.
Normally there is nobody in the town, but in case there are other inhabitants, you should avoid nuisances such as excessively loud music, noise at night, or unfriendly behavior. Likewise we must protect the nature and the surroundings of Lasaosa. They are everyone’s heritage and it is our duty to preserve them correctly.
There is free, unguarded outdoor parking. In it is a green container, beware! It is a compost bin. You just have to throw organic waste, in no case garbage or plastics.
We do not take a reservation, but if the cancellation takes place 24 hours before the entry, 100% of the total ageer price will be charged.
The property reserves the right to cancel the reservation, with a refund of the amount paid in the following cases:
- Adverse weather: gales, blizzards, snowy or disabled access, etc.
- Claims occurred in the home that make it impossible to stay there.
- Any other cause or circumstance that makes it impossible to stay in the appropriate conditions in the rural house.
